The Tim McGraw Concert

A very happy man. We ate lunch today at his favorite restaurant, Happy Sumo. Christopher loves sushi!!!! I however don't, but they have great chicken bowls and tempura veggies. I love going there just to get the sweet potato tempura.

Last night Christopher and I went to the Tim McGraw concert. Since our anniversary is on Chloe's birthday and this year Father's Day we decided to celebrate a little late. We stayed down in SLC last night and then today we went to the Farmers Market and the Gateway. We had tons of fun. Chloe is with my parents in Bear Lake for the weekend so I have plenty of time on my hands. Christopher is down at the barn for a few hours so I get some peace and quite. It is way weird to not have Chloe with me. If you did not notice after looking at my last post I don't quite know what to do with myself.

The Olympic Park
Me, Chloe and Christopher at the Olympic Park. If anyone ever wants something fun to do on a Saturday go to the Olympic park in Park City. Every Saturday the skiers put on a free style show and they jump into the water. It is way fun. Chloe even loved it.

Last week my family went to Midway for a little getaway. We had so much fun. Who knew there was so much to do there??? Chloe loved swimming in the hotel swimming pool and eating chicken nuggets and fries (at least that is what she told me). Christopher and I had tons of fun going down the Alpine Slide and the Coaster. The coaster was our favorite part. We had such a great time just hanging out with the fam. Thanks Mom and Dad for such a fun vacation.

Father's Day

I have been so lucky to live next door to my dad. He has taught Christopher and me so much. What a great grandpa he is to Chloe. I am pretty sure her 2nd word was bumpa. She loves her grandpa. Every morning she wakes up and wonders where he is. Thanks Dad for everything. I love you!!!!
Christopher is such a great dad. I never knew a dad could love his little girl like he loves Chloe. He does anything to spend time with her. They are best pals. Chloe comes running to me when she sees Christopher come home and wants me to open the door so she can go outside to see him.

I know this is a little late but I still wanted to tell my dad and Christopher thanks for all they do for us. I am very blessed to have such great men in my life. Now that summer has hit it seems like we are never home or inside to blog so today is the day!

How do I measure up??
Chloe was happy on the merry go round as long as she did not have to sit on an animal that moved. She was very happy to sit on the bench next to me.

A couple of weeks ago my mom took all of the grandkids to the zoo. We had so much fun. Chloe learned how to walk like a penguin, which she thought was pretty funny. I kept asking Chloe what her favorite animal was and she would say chickens???? Well come to find out her favorite thing was eating chicken nuggets and fries. She is such a funny kid. She finally told me that her favorite animals were the alligators and elephants.

Happy 2nd Birthday Chloe!

I have to brag about this cake for Christopher. I baked that cake but he did everything else. He cut the cake and decorated. I was very proud of him!

Chloe had such a fun birthday. She was so excited that it was her turn for a birthday. In May between our 2 families we have 9 birthdays and Mother's Day. Chloe loved her car and bike that she got but I think her favorite present was the Cinderella cell phone. She has not put it down and she loves to call Cinderella.

Yesterday I took Chloe to get her 2 year old pictures. She was excited all day to get her pictures taken. My mom went with me because she can make Chloe smile the best. Before we took pictures we had to exchange Chloe's dress because it was too big (imagine that!!!!). We found another one but Chloe was hysterical when we put it on her. Surprisiling when we went to take her pictures she was so excited to get up on the table. She had so much fun taking pictures that when it was time to finish she did not want to, so they took a couple more. We think she is pretty dang cute!!

Happy 4th Anniversary!!!!

Last Sunday was a very eventful day at the Walker home. It was our 4th wedding anniversary, Chloe's 2nd birthday, as well as Father's Day. We had such a great day.

I can not believe that we have been married for 4 years but it also seems like we have always been married. It is so much fun being married to your best friend! Christopher I just want you to know how lucky I am to have you and thanks for being the best husband I could ever ask for. You make me one happy girl!!!! I LOVE YOU!!!!!!
