Chloe's favorite songs

Chloe loves to sing lately. She sings all of the time. It is so cute. She know quite a few songs but here are a couple of my favorites. I think I like 'I am a Child of God' the best. I know that the movies are sideways but I could not figure out how to flip them like I do pictures. You will still get to hear her sweet little voice.

The helmet!

Chloe has been obsessed with my bike helmet the past few day. She wears it all around the house. She is such a crack up. Yesterday she came to me with her helmet on and told me she was ready to ride her bike. So outside we went. She would not take her helmet off the whole time. She them tried to put it on baby Shelly but it was too big. She makes me laugh, I can't believe what a funny personality she has. We just love it and hope she never changes.

The Dinosaur Museum

On Labor Day we went down to Thanksgiving Point to the dinosaur museum. Chloe was so excited to see the dinosaurs and Molly (her cousin). They had so much fun playing in the sand, making fossils and looking at the dinosaurs.

Has anyone ever washed a Cabbage Patch doll???

Let me introduce you all to "baby Shelly". This is Chloe's favorite doll of all time. She goes with us everywhere. She eats most meals with us. Chloe absoutely loves her!!! Well she is so dirty. I don't know if I can wash her in the washing machine in a garment bag. Has anyone ever tried it. I can not let anything happen to her because I would have one heart broken little girl.
Chloe came up with her name all by herself. We have a neighbor named Shelly that Chloe loves. She loves to go over and play with Shelly's kids: Emma, Kylee, and Gage. One day Shelly was watching Chloe and Shelly gave 'baby Shelly' back to her because she forgot her. Every since then the dolls name is Shelly.

Beus' Pond

I think this is one of my favorite pictures of Christopher and Chloe. They are best buds. Chloe loves her dad so much.

The other night for Family Home Evening we decided to go to Beus' Pond and have a picnic and feed the ducks. We had tons of fun. It is funny how sometimes some of the simplest things are the most fun. We just ate dinner and walked around the duck pond feed the ducks. I took some old tortilla's thinking that ducks would not know the difference between bread and tortilla's, well they do. They would not eat it!!! I was so surprised. I learned that next time I will take bread.
That night I was thinking about how blessed I am. Christopher is such a great husband to me and the best dad a little girl could ever ask for. Chloe is such a sweet heart. If you ask her, her name she says Chloe Walker sweetheart. She will tell you that her dad taught her that. It is so cute. She is such a loving little girl. There is not an hour that goes by that she does not tell me that she loves me and gives me a hug. I am so happy to be her mom and I can't wait to have another little girl .

Chloe's Big Girl Bed!!!

About a month ago we decided that we better switch Chloe from her crib to a big bed. We were a little nervous because we would ask her if she wanted a big bed like Ben (her cousin) she would just cry and say she liked her crib. We knew it was time because our baby will be here before we know it!!!! Christopher stopped by a yard sale last year and found this wooden bed for $5. 00. I went to look at it and decided that if it did not work what was $5, I would just throw it away. We decided to get it out and see if it would work. Well after a lot of sanding and painting I think the bed turned out way cute.

After everything was ready we had to convince Chloe that her big girl bed was really special. Christopher gave her some tools to help take down the crib and put the new bed up. She loved it!!! We decided to have a Big Girl party for her. Hilary and Colton came over for the big party. Chloe was so excited about her bed that she did not want to get out of it. We had to put her pj's on in bed. She was such a big girl and still loves going to bed in her big girl bed.
