Christmas Time Fun

I accidently delete this picture and I don't know how to put it down in the middle. So if anyone knows how to let me know. I thought it was so cute of them decorating the tree I just put it at the first.

**Cutting down the Christmas tree- Every year we go to Bear Lake to cut down our family Christmas tree. It is so much fun. This year is was FREEZING we walked a few feet off of the road and found one that we thought was just perfect. Chloe even found one that would work perfect in her room.

All bundled up looking for the perfect tree.

**Decorating the tree. Chloe was so excited for her little tree in her room. She decorated all by herself. Her favorite ornament was the Hello Kitty one that she put on the top where the star goes.

Tessa did not know what to think of the tree. She loved to play with the ornament (which were mostly too high for her to reach) and loved it when the lights were on.

**The Polar Express- My whole family made the trek to Heber City to ride on the Polar Express. If you have not done it yet with your kids I would highly recommend it. It was so much fun. It was magical for all of the kids. Tessa did not enjoy it too much but Chloe was amazed with everything. For weeks before we went she asked me questions. Everyday she would think of another question about the Polar Express. She really thought it was going to be just like the movie. I had to explain that it only went to the real North Pole on Christmas Eve. She thought the same kids on the movie would be there. I had a lot of making up to do. Chloe with her cousins, Abby and Molly.

Me and the girls

Tessa and Chloe getting ready to leave.
**Snow time fun
Chloe loves to go outside and play in the snow.
Chloe building Frosty
**Writing letters to Santa
**Drinking hot cocoa and eating candy canes. This was Tessa's first candy cane and boy did she love it!!

**Decorating and eating cookies. Tessa, Chloe, and Ellie decorating sugar cookies.
**Christmas Eve- This year we went to my parents house for Christmas Eve. We had a special visitor. As you can see Tessa did not like Santa but Chloe thought otherwise.
Chloe had a million question for Santa and was so excited to sit on his lap.
Chloe was excited to leave Santa some cookies and chocolate milk and she even wanted to leave a carrot for Rudolf.
Chloe and Tessa got this pony that Chloe named Jack for Christmas. I do not know who liked him better. Tessa screamed when she had to get off him.

There is nothing more fun for a parent than Christmas morning. We had such a fun Christmas with our little girls. Tessa was excited for her presents but she really just wanted to play with the last thing she opened. We could have bought her only one present and she would have been happy.

Chloe got this pink camera from Santa. On Christmas Day she took 250 pictures.
She also got the easel and has not stopped painting and coloring since.

Cute pictures. I'm glad Chloe is recovering well. Did you get an invite to my blog? Sorry about that, I could have sworn I sent one before!

I love the picture with the pink camera! Only 250? I would've guessed more at the rate she was going. Im glad Chloe is feeling better! I can't wait to join you guys on the Polar Express in a couple years! It looks like so much fun.
