About a month ago we decided that we better switch Chloe from her crib to a big bed. We were a little nervous because we would ask her if she wanted a big bed like Ben (her cousin) she would just cry and say she liked her crib. We knew it was time because our baby will be here before we know it!!!! Christopher stopped by a yard sale last year and found this wooden bed for $5. 00. I went to look at it and decided that if it did not work what was $5, I would just throw it away. We decided to get it out and see if it would work. Well after a lot of sanding and painting I think the bed turned out way cute.
After everything was ready we had to convince Chloe that her big girl bed was really special. Christopher gave her some tools to help take down the crib and put the new bed up. She loved it!!! We decided to have a Big Girl party for her. Hilary and Colton came over for the big party. Chloe was so excited about her bed that she did not want to get out of it. We had to put her pj's on in bed. She was such a big girl and still loves going to bed in her big girl bed.

You guys have it so easy! Just kidding...it turned out so cute! Can't wait to change Molly's room around a little...although I'm not sure she'll do as well as Chloe May.
The pond looks like fun too. We love doing stuff like that! Chloe Walker Sweetheart? I haven't heard that before. So cute!
What a cute bed. I remember going through the same thing with Kennedy, she too loved her big girl bed. Watch out for falls out of the bed. Kennedy fell out a few times per week for a few weeks before getting used to her new bed, and not being able to sleep sideways.(maybe Chloe isn't a crazy sleeper though):)
